Skin & Cutaneous Tumours
This is the indication group with the broadest literature for electrochemotherapy. Tumours in the skin and subcutis form the method's first and most intensively studied clinical application area because they are superficially located, readily accessible to electrodes and allow the response to be followed by eye. Basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and cutaneous metastases from various primary tumours are collected under this heading.
Clinical publications: randomized, prospective and retrospective studies, case series and case reports. Preclinical publications: animal, in vitro, modelling and experimental biophysics studies.

The counts on this page are bounded by the scope of the source PDF archive and are not a systematic review of the area's literature.
