Privacy and Cookies
This page states exactly what the portal stores in your browser and what it sends outside.
What Is Stored and What Is Sent?
This portal consists of static pages. There is no sign-up form, no membership, no comment area and no advertising; no personal data is requested or stored.
The only thing we keep in your browser is your light/dark theme choice (ect_theme). It stays in your browser and is sent nowhere.
Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4 are used for visit statistics; both run permanently without cookies. No measurement cookie is written to your browser, no local storage is used and no persistent identifier is created for you. Every page view is counted on its own; the portal does not recognise you within a session or between visits. Because nothing is written to your device, there is no cookie consent to ask for and no consent banner.
The data collected is limited to the page address, the referring site, approximate location and device type. The portal sends Google no name, no email address, no record identifier and nothing you type into the search box. Advertising signals, personalised ad profiling and cross-device matching are switched off.
The measurement request goes to Google's and Cloudflare's servers, which means your IP address reaches a server outside the country. Neither service stores the IP address or shows it in reports; the request itself still leaves, and we do not hide that.
If you do not want this measurement at all, your browser's tracking protection or a content blocking extension stops the request completely. No function of the portal depends on it: the pages, the search, the records and the filters all work in full when measurement is blocked.
