The library covers the whole extended electroporation corpus: 3,056 records, that is the 2,820 publications of the oncological areas plus the records of the non-oncological areas (Cardiac Pulsed-Field Ablation, DNA Vaccination by Electroporation, Nanosecond Pulsed Electric Field (nsPEF) and Non-Oncological Electroporation). Search across titles, authors, journals, abstracts and mechanism terms; filter by regime, application area, study type and year. Clicking a card opens the citation and abstract drawer.

How Far Can You Trust These Records?
Every record in the library has two parts: its identity (which publication it is) and its labels (study type, application area, mechanism). The two carry different reliability and should not be conflated.
Identity: verified against an outside source
For 3,039 records the year, authors, title, journal and identifier were checked against a PubMed, Crossref or Europe PMC record. The remaining 17 (theses, a manufacturer document, a protocol) appear in no index and their citation data comes from the filename alone.
Labels: automatic, with a margin of error
Study type, application area and mechanism labels are assigned by rule: first from the index's own publication type and MeSH headings, otherwise by matching over the title and abstract. What shows a label to be right is the publication itself; the label does not stand in for it. The DOI and PubMed links in each record's drawer are there for exactly that.
Records where you will not see an abstract
2,832 records carry an abstract. For the other 224 the journal published none; 131 of them show the opening paragraph of the PDF instead, and for 93 the text was not legible enough to show anything. Copyright also means that for some records only the opening of the abstract can be published.
Not all of these are peer-reviewed articles
The library holds 252 documents that are not peer-reviewed articles: conference abstracts, editorials and letters, study protocols, preprints, errata, theses, technical documents and book chapters. Each is flagged with a source note in its drawer; a preprint and a peer-reviewed article should not be read as carrying the same weight.
