Onkoloji Dışı Uygulamalar
Kardiyak pulsed-field ablasyon, atriyal fibrilasyon tedavisinde irreversibl elektroporasyonu kullanır ve elektroporasyonun onkoloji dışındaki en geniş klinik uygulamasıdır. Doku seçiciliği sayesinde özofagus ve frenik sinir gibi komşu yapıları koruması, aynı biyofiziksel ilkenin tümör ablasyonunda da aranan özelliğidir. Bu alan portalın onkolojik kapsamı dışındadır ve endikasyon manzarasında yer almaz; korpusta bağlam olarak bulunur.
