Kaposi sarkomunun deri lezyonları çok sayıda ve dağınıktır; tek seansta çok sayıda nodülün tedavi edilebilmesi elektrokemoterapiyi bu endikasyonda pratik kılar. Hem klasik hem de HIV ilişkili formlara yönelik klinik seriler literatürde yer alır.
