Malignant Melanoma
Skin & Superficial Tumours
Cutaneous and subcutaneous melanoma metastases are the single tumour type most intensively studied with electrochemotherapy. The method is used for local control in numerous, recurrent lesions unsuited to surgery. The current research line focuses on combining it with immune checkpoint inhibitors to obtain a systemic response from a local treatment.
